ROCHESTER, Minn. — A Rochester man with a long history of felony convictions was sentenced to five years in prison for illicit drugs. Jason Bennett, 32, had pleaded guilty. He was arrested last December in a traffic stop in which police found 17 grams of crack cocaine. The new prison sentence runs concurrently with a recent drug conviction in Duluth. Bennett’s court record lists14 felony convictions, half of them for drugs.
