RIDGEWAY, Minn. – A dump truck pulling an excavator struck the Interstate 90 bridge west of Ridgeway. The driver, Scott Aaron Blagsvedt, 61, of Rushford, was unhurt. He was northbound on State Highway 76. The accident was about 12:20 p.m. Blagsvedt was driving a 2000 Freightliner truck.
Only a nick. But state crew closes I-90 briefly to inspect point of impact. Conclusion: Structure intact.
