WINONA, Minn. – Police said that William Horace Green IV, 39, of Hondo, Texas, didn’t get the message. Police said they had cautioned Green not to drive twice before earlier in the evening, but about 2 a.m. there he was parked behind the wheel between Kwik Trip and McDonald’s at the Far East End hotel complex on Homer Road. Police said he failed two field-sobriety tests and scored .15% on the Datamaster at the station house – almost double what’s legally permitted.
