WINONA, Minn. – A Woodbury driver who admitted to “a couple drinks” but whose blood-alcohol tested at 0.13%, two-thirds higher than allowed, was taken to jail. Robert James Reedes, 47, of Woodbury, had been driving irregularly, police said. The arrested was about 12 a.m. on the East Side at Fifth and Franklin streets.
