CALEDONIA, Minn. – Every Christmas Eve for the next five years Brittany Dianna Robb will report to the Houston County jail for another 10 days of her sentence for a 2019 hit-and-run death on Christmas Eve. What a reminder. Judge Carmaine Sturino issued the sentence – 50 days total in 10-day annual increments. Robb, 38, who lives in Houston, was from Lewiston when the accident occurred.  Killed was Kerrie Hauser, 48, of Hokah. Hauser was struck by a vehicle while she walking along a road on Hokah’s western outskirts. Robb did not stop. After her vehicle stalled from the damages down the road, Robb told police she thought she had struck a deer. Police said also that Robb was on her cell phone at the time.
