SIOUX FALLS, S.D. — The widow of the man who died after being struck by the South Dakota attorney general’s car plans to file a wrongful death lawsuit. Attorneys for Jenny Boever said she deseres answers to lingering questions about the crash, which occurred in September. The attorneys spoke after Attorney General Jason Ravnsborg was charged in Hyde County court, five months fter the death, with three misdemeanors. Said lawyer Scott Heidepriem, who represents Boever:“The family deserves answers to what happened that night. The Attorney General should be held accountable for his actions, just like anyone else.”
