WINONA, Minn. – A homeowner is stymied — police too — why someone pulled siding off an outside wall of his house and punched a hole through the wall. The homeowner had heory for police: A thief may have wanted to steal a computer router and wi-fi unit through the hole. This was on Lenox Street on the Far West End, across the Canadian Pacific tracks from the Madison Silo gravel pit. The damage was repotted to police about 3 p.m.
