WINONA, Minn. – Police began hunting for a truck with a semi-trailer that turned wide and scraped a car at Main and Sarnia streets. The truck driver kept on going. It’s possible, police said, that the driver was unaware of what happened. There were no injuries. The incident was about 12:15. p.m.
