LACROSSE, Wis. — A Genoa man was arrested and booked for homicide and arson in a November house fire that killed a pregnant LaCrosse woman. Matthew Sierra, age 38, was arrested at a Genoa address 20 miles downriver. Police said Pickett had been in litigation over child support for a son. In October he had been ordered to pay one-third of the boy’s day care plus karate class expenses.
