ROBBINSADLE, Minn. – The medical condition of three victims of the Buffalo Clinic shooting Tuesday has improved. They had been in critical condition at North Medical hospital, but two were upgraded to fair and one to good, the hospital said. A fourth was discharged. The fifth died.
