BUFFALO, Minn. – A quirky and disgruntled character around town, Gregory Paul Ulrich, 67, was charged for the fatal attack Tuesday on a Buffalo clinic.  The charges:

> One count of second-degree murder.

> Four counts of attempted first-degree premeditated murder.

> One count of possessing an explosive device.

> One count of carrying a pistol without a permit.

In the attack two people were shot in the clinic lobby. The shooter then moved deeper into the clinic and fired at others one by one.  One person was shot running away. Another was shot six times. Also, police said, Ulrich set off two explosive devices.
