WINONA, Minn. – Hospital volunteers were encouraged to drive through the Winona Health campus Thursday to receive tokens of appreciation for their service. The gifts will be offered by staff. Rachelle Schultz, hospital president, said that volunteers have supported the care provider since its founding in 1894. “They’re really integrated deeply into the organization,” Schultz said.
