WASHINGTON – The U.S. House voted 222-208 to recommend prosecution of Mark Meadows, chief of staff to ex-President Trump, for refusing to appear before the House committee investigating the Trump-instigated January 6 assault on the Capitol. The recommendation goes to the U.S. Justice Department.
