WINONA, Minn. – After 32 years with the Winona Housing and Redevelopment Authority. Linda Bedtka is retiring as executive director. The agency provides affordable housing at four sites for 500 low-income families, the elderlym and persons with disabilities. :

Succeeding Bedtka is Tina Schott, a certified public housing manager who has been with the agency since 2011. She is native of Winona. She attended Southeast Tech.
