WINONA, Minn. – A Winona man, Adam Buttell, 25, was arrested after a report from a Highway 61 fast-food place that a drunk had passed through the drive- through lane. Police found Buttell a few blocks away on Bundy Boulevard and Mobile Drive. A breath test found his blood-alcohol content at 0.25% — more than triple what’s permissible to drive.
