STOCKTON, Minn. – After a struggle with deputies, a Stockton man was subdued and arrested. Deputies had gone to a Stockton address following vandalism at Oakland Cemetery. Jacob J. Wise, 24, came out and confronted the deputies. Words and fists were exchanged. There had been complaints about a vehicle doing doughnuts through the cemetery. Wise was jailed while officers drew up charge of drunken driving, obstructing the legal process, and assaulting of a peace officer.
