WEST DES MIES, Iowa – The giant regional grocery retailer Hy-Vee recalled Chicken Street Taco kits that may make people sick of they already have egg allergies or sensitivity. No illnesses have been reported to date, but there could be serious, even life-threatening reactions, Hy-Vee said. The kits contain Chipotle Crema Sauce which contains egg that was not declared on the label.  The tacos were sold in deli cases in black plastic trays with clear plastic lids.
