WITOKA, Minn. – An Illinois man, Carl Abel Gordon, 74, of South Elgin, was injured when his 2013 Ford F150 went into the borrow pit and overturned on Interstate 90 near the Highway 76 turnoff to Houston. Police blamed snow and ice. Gordon was westbound. He was treated at the Winona hospital. The accident was about 12:30 p.m.
