NEW DELHI, India – The Indian government dispatched a team from its U.S. and Canadian diplomatic offices to go Manitoba “to take immediate cognizance” regrding the death of four Indians who froze to death on the U.S.-Canada border. External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar told Indian ambassadors to respond urgently.
