CANNON FALLS, Minn. – A Red Wing man was seriously injured in a head-on automobile crash that police say was caused by a wrong-way driver who had been drinking. Calvin Radtke, 58, of Red Wing. was taken to Regions Hospital in St. Paul with life-threatening injuries. Radtke was riding in a car driven by Dean Arnold Voth, 71, of Red Wing. Voth was taken to the Red Wing hospital with non-life threatening injuries. The State Patrol said that James Ray Hensley, 33, of Red Wing, was the wrong-way driver.  His injuries, the Patrol said, were non-life threatening. The accident was about 12:10 a.m. on Highway 19 six miles east of Cannon Falls at White Rock Trail. Voth and Radtke were in a 2016 Dodge Caravan minivan, Hensley  in a 2019 Ford Flex wagon.
