LEWISTON, Minn. – A car driven by a Winona man left the Interstate 90 right-of-way, went into ditch, and struck a metal roadside sign. Stephen Norman Klopp, 34, of Winona, was unhurt. A passenger, Ashley Marie Larson, 37, of Sargeant, was taken 40 miles to a Rochester hospital with non-life threatening injuries. The accident was about 7:40 a. m. between the I-90exits to Lewiston and the Enterprise rest stop. Police said the couple were in a 2011 Ford Escape eastbound toward Winona.
