ROCHESTER, Minn. – A man pleaded guilty as Rochester’s laundry room thief and was sentenced to four years and four months in prison. A bunch of other charges, 23 counts in all, were dismissed against Cody William Hendrickson, 37, of the Minneapolis suburb of Richfield, in exchange for the guilty plea. Hendrickson was accused of breaking into apartment buildings on three dates in 2021 and stealing coins from the buildings’ washing machines and causing $3,600 damage. A woman accused as an accomplice, Stephanie Rae Bellanger, 30 of Shakopee, has yet to enter a plea.
