WINONA, Minn. – Two people being thrown from their jet ski near the East End Boat Harbor on the Mississippi RIver. The passenger was hospitalized for minor hand injuries. Deputies said the driver’s hand slipped and caused the jet ski to jerk to high speed and twist , ejecting the occupants. The accident was about 4 p.m.
