CHIPPEWA FALLS. Wis. – The barkeep at Loopy’s Grill and Saloon is paying quiet but unmistakable honor to those who died a when terrorists exploded a bomb outside the Kabul airport in Afghanistan. William Kleich has roped off a section and placed 13 full beers evenly around a table. Those killed in the blast included 13 uniformed troops helping with the Kabul airlift evacuation. There is a reserved sign so no one can sit at those tables for the next week. The display symbolizes the soldiers who will never be able to come home to their families again, Kleich said.  These are beers that never will be tasted. Kleich asked for donations, which will matched 3-1 and passed on to veterans charities, he said.
