MADISON, Wis. – Presidential hopeful Kanye West lists a dubious Wyoming address as his home on a petition to be added to the Wisconsin ballot in November, according to a Milwaukee man. In a complaint to the state Election Commission, Joseph R. Santeler asked that West’s petition be thrown out. The Wyoming address, he said, is an unused shed in mountain resort town of Cody.
