WINONA, Minn. — Leon “Bud” James English, 96, of Winona who practiced dentistry in Arcadia until he retired in 1992, died peacefully at his Winona home. He was president for both the Central Regional Dental Testing Service and the Wisconsin Board of Dental Examiners. He was chair of the Board of the State Bank of Arcadia. He was on the governing board of St. Joseph Hospital in Arcadia. He chaired the Make A Splash campaign for the Arcadia swimming pool.
