WINONA, Minn. – Informational kiosks geared to tourists have been installed on the riverfront trail being built along the levee, starting at Huff Street and eventually extending all the way to the Far East End. The kiosks have maps of Winona and the Flyway Trail across the Mississippi River to Wisconsin. The kiosks are a project of the city and the Visit Winona tourism agency.
“You Are Here.” The first kiosks are at the rail crossing where Huff Street bends into Riverview Drive.
