WINONA, Minn. – A Winona man, David Wayne Beal, 71, was arrested after having a hard time parking his car in front of his house and hitting another car in the process. But he made it and went inside. A witness called police. They knocked on his door at 152 East Mark Street and took him downtown for a DataMaster blood-alcohol test. At .11% he failed. He was referred for drinking and driving. The arrest was about 5;15 p.m.
