WINONA, Minn. — A resident in the mixed residential-commercial 850 block of West Fifth Street reported a stolen their laptop, valued at $400, and also prescription pills. The theft was reported about 5:30 p.m. Police found no forced entry. A roommate is on a police list to contact.
