KELLOGG, Minn. – A family entered Lark Toys factory and store without masks. When two clerks reminded them of the store’s mask, policy, the father claimed to be medically exempt. Things went from bad to worse. Miranda Gray-Burlingame, co-owner of the store, said the husband began threatening two clerks. He said claimed he’d get the store shut down. The mank=, she said, then began recording and demanding everyone’s names. That’s when the man and his family were told to leave, which they did, flinging middle fingers as they drove off. Gray-Burlingame had her camera going too, and she posted the episode of Facebook. Her video shows the family’s car license plate. Gray-Burlingame. said the store has accommodated customers in the past who have discussed their medical needs. This, she said, was different, uncivil and intrusive.
