MINNEAPOLIS – An initial hearing for big-time Republican donor Anton Lazzaro has been delayed, federal prosuectors said. The hearing was supposed to be Monday but will be Tuesday the 24th. Lazarro has been held in the Sherburne County Jail in Elk River since his arrest Thursday.
