WINONA, Minn. — The League of Women Voters will sponsor forums for candidates running for Winona municipal and county offices. The forums will be at City Hall. Because of COVID-19, only candidates, technical staff and moderators will be at the forums. Citizens can participate by sending questions 24 hours in advance to lwvwinona@lwvmn.org or live on the League Facebook page and on city and county government websites. Local public access channels will carry the forums – Channel 987 on Charter/Spectrum and Channel 19 on HBC. Login information for an interactive Zoom option, is on the League of Women Voter’s Facebook page.

Monday, Sept. 28, 5:30 p.m.: Candidates for city office.
Monday, Sept. 28, 7 p.m.: Candidates for the County Board.
Tuesday, Sept. 29, 5:30 p.m.: Candidates for State House Districts 21B and 28A.
Tuesday, Sept. 29, 7 p.m.: Candidates for State Senate Districts 21 and 28.
Wednesday, Sept. 30, 5:30 p.m.: Candidates for the School Board Districts 3, 4 and 5.
