WINONA, Minn. — Two new COVID-19 cases were confirmed in Winona County by the Minnesota Department of Health, but at the same time one case was also removed from the county’s total. Why a case removed? Because of the residence of the patient being originally incorrectly determined. The county’s new COVID-19 total moved to 853. The county’s pandemic death total remained at 18.
