WINONA, Minn. – A Winona High School student and a buddy were found in a dark classroom with a vape pen and a bottle of oil. The teacher who found them said the room smelled like marijuana. At the principal’s office, one boy, age 15, admitted that the vape pen was his. Police were called. The boy was cited for possession of a vape pen in school. This was about 2:40 p.m.
