WINONA, Minn. – The Winona Public Library closed due to a staff member testing positive for COVID. Curbside pick-up of materials was paused, also. The staff member, who entered quarantine, hadn’t been in the library since Monday and had no contact with the public, said library director Lezlea Dahlke. Target to open: One week.
