Jamno kept on en route to next port of call
DULUTH, Minn. – As the 656-foot Jamno ocean freighter eased out of the Duluth harbor under the landmark Aerial Bridge, lightning struck the ship. The night suddenly was as bright as day – maybe brighter even if only for nanosecond. The thunder was immediate and deafening. There were no injuries. A surveillance camera caught the moment.
