WINONA, Minn. – It’s a seller’s market in the Winona housing business. Bib Bambenek,who tracks real tas county reorder, said that sales not only are up 12% from a year ago but that most sales remain the $150,000 to $200,00 range – compared to $100,000 and $150,000 only a few years ago. Bambenek shared his data in a KWNO radio interview.
