WINONA, Minn. – The Winona Chamber of Commerce welcomed the loosened restrictions on businesses from Governor Tim Walz, although the changes were less than the Chamber has promoted. In a statement posted online, the Chamber said: “The Governor is loosening some restrictions in ways that will help our businesses. The Chamber said it remained “cautiously optimistic” about progress.
