WINONA, Minn. — A driver in the 300 block of East Sarnia Street struck the front of the American Legion building at the old Army Reserve outpost. The accident was about 1:20 p.m. Police determined there was nothing deliberate involved. The accident was the second time the American Legion has been damaged this way since March.
