ROCHESTER, Minn. — A Rochester man went before a judge to hear officially why he had been arrested for lewd online conduct with a government agent posing as a13-year-old girl. Peter Eric Workman, 32, was accused of sending videos of himself up close and naked and performing lascivious acts. This was on the social media platform Kik, court documents said. Workman sent a selfie of his face, which facilitated his arrest. The Kik exchange, in September, was over almost two weeks. Although the sting was from New Jersey, the messages were from a Rochester IP address.
