WINONA, Minn. – A semi-truck became stuck in snow on Highway 14 over Stockton Hill during the early morning commute and stopped traffic for a time, The county sheriff’s office reported 11 weather-related calls in all for minor accidents and to assist motorists. In the city, police helped break up a bottleneck created behind cars that spun out on the way down from Garvin Heights. Another city accident was at Highway 61 and Parks Avenue near the new YMCA.
