WINONA, Minn. – A man showed up injured at the police station and said he had been attacked by a woman at his place who then hid his cell phone so he couldn’t call 911. One eye was swollen, runny and red, police said. Somehow the man had made it 16 blocks to the police station. Officers went to the residence, in the 300 block of East Ninth and found Tina Marie Hagen, 60, of Winona, intoxicated on a couch. It was impossible to interview the woman because of the state she was in, police said. She was arrested without incident. This was about 4:45 p.m.
Hagen: Booked on charge of domestic assault with intent to injure.
