ROCHESTER, Minn. – A man was found dead on railroad tracks at the upper end of Silver Lake, not far from downtown Rochester. The body was not identified, immediately, police said. The body was found about 6:35 p.m. near Civic Center Drive Northeast and West Silver Lake Drive.
