WINONA, Minn. – Police were at an East Fifth Street address for a domestic disturbance when the man who had been there drove back, came in, and announced: “I am drunk. Take me to jail.” The cops did as requested. Ssteven Ray Infield, 47, of Winona, was booked for domestic disturbance. With his blood-alcohol at 0.22%, almost triple the legal limit, he was booked also for drunken driving. Remember, he had driven back to the scene. This was in the 350 block of East Fifth Street about 11:45 p.m. Regarding the domestic disturbance, neighbors said they heard screaming and saw the woman being pushed into furniture. The woman told police that she didn’t need medical attention.
