STEWARTVILLE, Minn. – Two people were hurt in an all-terrain four-wheeler crash in Stewartville, one them requiring surgery for an arm injury. Deputies concluded that the driver, Jeremy Morrison, 36 ran a stop sign and then attempted to avoid an oncoming vehicle. His left arm was pinned underneath the ATV. His passenger had minor injuries. Deputies believed the two had been drinking. Open alcohol containers were in the ATV and strewn about. The accident was on the South End near First at Street and Fourth Avenue Southeast just after 3 p.m.
