LA CROSSE, Wis. — Marine Credit Union is closing its Winona and Rushford pocket banks and 16 other locations in July, the LaCrosse-based company announced. Nineteen locations will survive systemwide. In all there will be 19 management positions eliminated. The company said the closures will allow new investment in digital banking. Locations:
> Winona: East Lake Plaza, near Walmart, 940 Frontenac Drive.
> Rushford: Downtown at 218 S. Mill St.
