WINONA, Minn. – A Winona COVID-19 response team launched a “Wear One for Winona” selfie campaign to encourage people to wear masks. The best selfie entry every week will receive a $25 gift certificate, said assistant city planner Luke Sims, who is leading the campaign. The team is a collaborative group of more than a dozen employees from several city departments to find good tactics against the virus elsewhere and apply them locally.
