LA CROSSE, Wis. — The Trane Company will lay off 100 hourly production worker at its plant in LaCrosse effective July 13, the company announced. A spokesperson blamed anticipated sales declines from the coronavirus pandemic. Trane manufactures heating and cooling equipment for global markets. In LaCrosse the company has 1,600 employees.
