WINONA, Minn. –A Fountain City driver who police said admitted to one drink was booked for drunken driving after a blood-alcohol test showed .09%, roughly 15% more than legally permitted. Byron Ofni Talavera Irias, 20, had been stopped at Fifth and Hilbert streets near the Cotter Schools campus about 12:51 a.m.
