LACROSSE, Wis. – A faculty committee that recommended that former UW-LaCrosse Chancellor  Joe Gow be denied a faculty position was flawed seriously, he said. Gow called the report lacking.  “I’ve read the full report several times,” he said. “It’s very confusing and fails to provide a solid reason to fire me from my tenured faculty position.” Attorneys for the five-member faculty committee were manipulated — his wording was “basically fooled” — into a vote to satisfy the UW system Board of Regents. The regents have been unfriendly to Gow over a sideline producing videos with his wife on improving sexual satisfaction.
